Coffee with a C is a family-owned specialty coffee company based in Colorado. This policy covers all properties under the Coffee with a C brand, including Iddy Umpty. When you interact with our website — including submitting through our artist program — this policy applies.

What we collect

When you submit through the Iddy Umpty artist submission form, we collect:

• Your name or artist handle
• Your email address
• Links to your work (social profiles, portfolio, preview files)
• Your submission type and any message you include
• Whether you indicated interest in a Bag Collab

We also collect standard server-side data when you visit our site — IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs — through our hosting provider. We do not sell this data.

How we use it

• To review and respond to artist submissions
• To contact you if your work is selected
• To send artist spotlights and program updates, if you opt in
• To improve our website and submission experience

We do not use your information for advertising targeting or share it with third-party marketers.

How long we keep it

Submission data is retained for up to 2 years. If you are not selected and would like your submission removed sooner, email us and we will delete it within 30 days.

Third-party services

Our site is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are processed through our backend and may be stored in a third-party database. We use only services that maintain reasonable data security practices. We do not use advertising networks or tracking pixels.

You can request to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. Email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
