Doesn't know why it's this happy. Doesn't care. Honduras brings the body, Ethiopia brings the fruit, and somehow the whole thing tastes like a decision you'll be glad you made.
about Honduras + Ethiopia
Honduras has quietly become one of the most important specialty origins in Central America. The Marcala region's high altitude and rich soil produce a balanced, chocolatey cup that blends beautifully. The Ethiopian component — a washed lot from the Sidamo region — adds lift and dried fruit character that makes the blend feel alive.
the producer
The Honduras component comes from a women-led cooperative in the Marcala highlands, where farms average under two hectares. The Ethiopia component is a small-lot washed Sidamo sourced through a longtime direct relationship. We blend at the roastery after cupping both components individually each season.
