The Colombian that shows up to the party, doesn't explain itself, and somehow makes everyone feel fine. Honey processed. Sweet without trying. Good for thinking. Good for not thinking.
about Colombia
Nariño sits at the far southern tip of Colombia, bordering Ecuador. The high altitude – some farms at over 2,100 MASL – combined with equatorial sunlight creates exceptional growing conditions. Nariño coffees are consistently among Colombia's brightest and most complex.
the producer
This lot is sourced from a small group of producers in the Buesaco municipality of Nariño, where farms average under three hectares. Honey processing is less common in this region – this producer adopted it to differentiate their lot, and it shows in the cup.

what people are saying
Lauren H.
“The honey process is subtle but unmistakable. There's a sweetness that shouldn't be there in a good coffee, but it is, and it's exactly right.”
James W.
“Bought this for my partner who doesn't like 'intense' coffee. Now we fight over who makes it first. Mission accomplished.”
Sofia R.
“Exactly as described. Perfect pour over for a slow morning. Good entry point if you're new to specialty coffee.”
Ben T.
“Started with this as my entry into specialty coffee. Six months later I own a gooseneck kettle and a scale. Blame Iddy Umpty.”
